Eric Truelove

As General Manager, Eric is responsible for the day-to-day operations for 150 field employees and the entire administrative staff. His background encompasses decades of direct HVAC experience through project management, operations management, and industry-wide contracting. As well, he brings hands-on experience as a pipe fitter, start-up technician, and piping department manager. Formally, Eric has continued course studies at NC State University and the NAPHCC Project Management Process studies at Purdue University; additional construction safety certifications; Primavera studies and Construction Quality Management course studies. In addition, Eric is a community leader with roles in the Boy Scouts of America, Church, and Foreign Missions.
